Here’s our vegan ceviche recipe. We hope you’ll like as much as we do !
ingredients:
300g oyster mushroom
1 chopped Heirloom tomato
1/4 chopped red onion
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon seaweed flakes
Dash of cayenne powder
salt – pepper
Preparation:
Slice thin the oyster mushroom and mix with lime juice and salt. Let marinate for 30min
Mix all the rest of ingredients of the ceviche in a bowl until well combined.
Let the ceviche marinate in the fridge covered for 1 hour.
Keep in a sealed container.
