At the end of the program, the student will :
- Understand how a vegan caterer sets up, decides equipment, transportation and operations
- Understand how to make a vegan menu and perfect recipes in large, transportable quantities that can be reheated and plated at the venue
- Understand the specifics of catering cooking and preserving foods through their delivery
- Understand making a brand, finding a niche and getting known
- Master the organisation and operations of buffet and served meals
- Understanding the hiring and training of personnel
The entire program is both intensive and comprehensive. This requires that the student be ready to dive deeply into the course material and take the time each evening to go over what was studied during the day.
For this class people of different levels can absolutely be in class together as the teacher can add details for a more advanced student or simplify for the more novice one.
