At the end of the program, you will have:
- Understood the theoretical bases of preparation and cooking of all plant-based dishes and in its veganized form.
- Acquired a good knowledge of the origins, characteristics, uses of basic products and substitute ingredients.
- Learnt the ingredients of international cuisine and some classics
- Acquired food hygienes basics
- Mastered the basic culinary vocabulary of more than 100 terms
- An understanding of teamwork in a restaurant or catering company
- Understood the problems of sourcing ingredients and preserving final products
- Understood the different levels of cooking and what differentiates them
- Executed more than a 100 classic and contemporary recipes of vegan cuisine
