About Us

We are a vegan Franco-American family that created in 2008 the Gentle Gourmet Concept which lead to the birth of a totally comprehensive vegan culinary art de vivre in France.

Since 2016, we have also been establishing a vegan permaculture presence and culinary school at the Domaine de Broc Fontaine in Normandy, France where all of our classes take place. Click here to learn more about us.
